  • How can l make the payment?

    You can make the payment via Southeast Asia E-wallet and Paypal for smooth and secure payments.
    If you'd like us to add other payment options, please contact us!

  • Is it safe to pay with TradeMagellan?

    Of course it is. Your card information will be saved on PayPal.

  • How can l upgrade to your paid plan?

    Simply click "Get Started" on our pricing page and follow the steps to upgrade.
    We offer both one time and recurring payment, and the upgrades take effect very soon, normally 1-2 mins.

  • How can l cancel my plan?

    To Unsubscribe, please log in to your account, then go to the top-right corner and click on My Account → Settings → Usage & Billing, where you’ll find the unsubscribe button.
    Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Do you offer APl service?

    Yes, we do. Contact hello@trademagellan.com for more info.

  • Would l get an invoice for my payments?

    Yes, you will. We’ll send the invoice by email after every successful payment.
